Designation : Analyst
Requirement :
· Any Graduate with strong academic performance - Fresher /Experienced.
· Good judgment and decision making skills
· Excellent written and verbal English communication skills with additional knowledge of other foreign languages or dialects being an added bonus
· Distinctive problem solving and analytical capabilities
· Good knowledge of world geography/general knowledge/current affairs
· Flexible to work in a fast-changing environment
· Data management skills will be an added advantage
· Should be customer-service oriented, self-directed, motivated and a driven performer
· it’s a Non voice process
Responsibilities :
· Review user generated content from across different geographies/languages
· Educate users to improve quality of user generated content on Google Maps
· Work closely with Google's UGC Geo products policy and quality to build new/refine existing processes
· Understand and respond to user queries, complaints, feature requests on an user help forum
· Collaborate with a global team to help build User Help Center documentation/content
Shift : 8.30am – 5.30pm(Standard) Mon – Fri – Non voice
5.30pm – 1.30am(Standard) Mon – Fri – Semi Voice
Compensation : 1.87LPA(14400 Take home) – Day
Compensation : 1.87LPA(14400 Take home) + Night Shift Allowance + Quality Bonus – Evening Shift
