Compensation : We offer a package of Rs.3,18,000 per annum to fresher who will be joining us

The Following is the Salary Structure :
• First Six Months
- Fixed Salary Rs. 16,000 per month
- Performance based Incentive Rs. 5,500 per month
• Next Six Months
- Fixed Salary Rs. 20,000 per month
- Performance based Incentive Rs. 5,500 per month
• Local Transport
- Local Transport Rs. 36,000/- Per Year (for candidates living in Gurgaon location only)

Desired Qualification : MBA/PGDM (Marketing / International Business)

Desired Experience : 0 Years

Extra Benefits : Cab facility is available

Eligibility Criteria :
• Must have good communication skills.
• Willingness to work in European shifts.
• Prior experience of any International call center would be added advantage.

Job Description :
• Lead generation in the international market.
• Developing relationships with key decision-makers (CEO, CTO, CXO etc) in target organizations for business development.
• Able to understand client's requirement, drafting project estimation and proposals in consultation with the technical team.
• Act as a coordinator between client and the operational teams.
• Target oriented approach to achieve the allocated sales numbers.
• Responsible for handling web design and development leads generated through website and converting them into sales.
• Responsible for selling web development services to the UK and Clients.

Terms & Conditions :
• The students will be on probation period for 6 months from the date of their joining.
• The new joiness will be initially designated as Business Development Executive Trainees.
• After the completion of their probation period, they will be designated as Business Development Executive.
• The candidates will be having odd hours shift timings (5 Days a week).
