• Handling of EPABX System.
• Attending telephone Calls.
• Inward and Outward Maintenance (Couriers, Postal & Parcel services)
• Documents dispatch and tracking
• Booking of train, bus and flight tickets.
• Coordinating pantry and housekeeping activities in the organization
• Maintaining Electricity and Telephone lines, payment
