Applications are invited for the following temporary positions in DIT sponsored project entitled “Development of Prosodically Guided Phonetic Engine for Searching Speech Databases in Indian Languages,” for a contract period of one year.
Title of the Position: Project Assistant
Number of positions : 3
Duration : A contract period of one year
Consolidated Monthly Salary : Rs. 12000/-.
Eligibility : BE / BTech in Electronics & Communications Engg. / Electrical Engg / Computer Science & Engg. / Information Technology.
Title of the Position: Project Associate
Number of positions : 2
Duration : A contract period of one year
Consolidated Monthly Salary : Rs. 14000/-.
Eligibility : ME / MTech in Electronics & Communications Engg. / Computer Science & Engg. / Information Technology.
Candidates having experience in signal processing and programming skills in MATLAB/C will be given preference. Selected candidates are going to work on various aspects in speech signal processing leading to the development of a speech search engine.
