Eligibility: Those looking to apply for IOB PO Jobs recruitment ,
* Age of 21 - 30yrs as on 1.1.2011
* Minimum 60% marks in graduation, as on 1.1.2011
* Proficiency in computer operations is necessary
* Diploma in banking & finance from IIBF is an added qualification
Selection process includes Written exam comprising of Objective & Descriptive test.While the bank will decide on minimum cut-off, Negative of 0.25 is to be awarded for each wrong answer.Those with high marks shall be ranked & called for Interview & based on collective performance – final selection would be made.
Application: Rs.400 (Gen/OBC) or Rs.50 (SC/ST) should be paid with the payment receipt, at any IOB branch.After the payment is made, application has to be filled & submitted online before March 1 2011.A printout of the application can be preserved for reference (should not send by post).
