Job Position : Technical Support Executive
Job Location : Bangalore, Karnataka
Desired Education : Any Graduate
Desired Experience : 0 to 2 Years
Key Qualifications :
• Excellent verbal and written communication and should be flexible with shifts
• Good Knowledge in Operating System, Hardware, Networking, IE, MS Office
• Multitasking and coordination skills
• Well versant with technology (understanding of networks, monitoring, DBMS, Windows)
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook etc.)
Core Competencies :
• Communication skills - written and verbal
• Ability to work in a pressurized environment and able to deliver against a tight time-scale.

Key Responsibilities/Outcomes :
